Since ITrade manages the wholesale of commodities, all inventories and transactions are flexible until the point of reconciliation. This adaptability allows for:
- dropped bundles,
- short bundles,
- separated line items,
- over sale in a yard,
- selling short,
- credit invoicing,
- multiple shipments per order, and
- multiple legs per shipment.
All related costs are tracked with an inventory item, including: sales/purchase prices, transportation, wrapping, kiln drying and flat or per unit handling fees. ITrade also produces all required documents including sales and purchase orders, credit invoices for either refund or dollar credits as well as extensive managerial reporting.
